Winnie brings over 10 years of combined experience in hospitality and healthcare across the UK. As the Operations Director and Quality Lead at AMS, she plays a central role in running the business day-to-day. Winnie is the key liaison with local councils and leads on tender applications, contract delivery, and service quality. She also manages incident reporting, risk management, staff training, HR, and compliance to ensure person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do.
