She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Adult Nursing from Buckinghamshire New University and has spent her career coordinating multidisciplinary care, leading and mentoring nursing teams, and maintaining high standards of patient safety and compliance. Barbara brings this clinical expertise and hands-on leadership experience to her role as Registered Manager, overseeing the day-to-day delivery of care at Assisted Medicare and ensuring every service user receives safe, effective, and compassionate support.

Piet van Gelder

Piet brings over 25 years of legal and commercial experience advising businesses on complex regulatory, contractual, and governance matters. As a specialist in commercial and construction law, he has extensive experience navigating regulated industries and complex compliance frameworks. Piet applies this expertise to Assisted Medicare's commercial strategy, financial governance, and legal compliance, helping ensure the organisation operates responsibly, sustainably, and in line with all regulatory requirements.

Winifred Omale

Winifred brings over 17 years of experience across healthcare and hospitality, with a strong background in governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance within complex, regulated healthcare environments. She holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University and is completing a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care. Her experience spans incident governance, Health & Safety leadership, and CQC-aligned compliance systems, which she now applies to overseeing governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement at Assisted Medicare; ensuring the organisation consistently meets the highest standards of safe, compliant care
