At Assisted Medicare Services Limited, we believe in continuity and enablement; empowering adults to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. Whether supporting someone through physical limitations, mental health needs, or the challenges of daily living, we're committed to helping every person we support achieve positive outcomes and a high quality of life.

 

Personal Care
Respectful, dignified support with washing, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, oral care, and mobility; always encouraging you to do as much as you're able for yourself.

 

Medication Support
Prompting, assistance, or administration of prescribed medicines by trained staff, in line with our Medicines Management Policy.

 

Meal Preparation & Nutrition
Help preparing meals and drinks tailored to your dietary needs, preferences, and cultural or religious requirements.

 

Support with Daily Living
Light household tasks including cleaning, laundry, shopping, and collecting prescriptions; whatever helps you stay comfortable and independent at home.

 

Companionship
Social interaction and emotional support, from conversation and shared activities to accompanying you to appointments or community events.

 

Respite Care
Temporary care to give family members or unpaid carers a planned break, arranged flexibly around your circumstances.

All care is person-centred, flexible, and delivered by trained, DBS-checked staff; available on a part-time or full-time basis to suit your needs.

 

What We Don't Provide
We do not provide nursing care or clinical procedures requiring a registered nurse, medical diagnosis or treatment, or accommodation-based care. Where your needs fall outside our services, we'll help identify the right support elsewhere.
