2. What information we collect

When you use the contact form on our website, or otherwise get in touch with us as a prospective client, family member, or professional contact, we may collect:

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website (see Section 8: Cookies), such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

We do not seek to collect special category data (such as health information) through our website contact form. If, in the course of your message, you choose to share health or other sensitive information with us (for example, to explain the nature of an enquiry), we will treat that information with an appropriate level of security and will only use it for the purpose of responding to you. Any subsequent clinical or health information required to assess or deliver care is collected separately through our formal referral and assessment process, governed by our Service User Privacy Notice.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our website and contact form are intended for use by adults enquiring about our services.

Data relating to active care arrangements is retained in accordance with our records management policy and applicable health and social care record-keeping guidance, including any minimum retention periods set by the CQC or NHS records management guidance.

When personal data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

We will respond to your request within one calendar month. This period may be extended by a further two months where a request is complex, in which case we will let you know. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
